Customer Service/Support Specialist (Sterling, VA)

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liason, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our Customers and Retailers might face with accuracy and efficiency. This position will also entail assisting existing customer service personnel with their daily duties and responsibilities. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction, along with supporting the enhancement of our existing customer service team. This position is a fun and challenging role that plays an integral part in increasing the overall revenue of not only our company, but the revenue of our retail partners.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calling.
  • Identify and assess customer/retailer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer/retailer experience.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents, reporting.
  • Follow up with management regarding communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Perform customer verifications.

Education and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma – Required
  • Spanish speaking preferred, but not required
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Suite Program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
